AMAZING! I'm no seasoned professional when it comes to obstacle courses, your girl is booty gains & PB's focused too.
However this is why we have a custom designed nutrition and training protocol to get you from the level you are now, to the best version of you come October (the time absolutely flies trust me)

The event is October with the 8 WEEK PREP beginning on Sunday 18/08.
Please ensure you grab your ticket before Thursday 01/08 as this is the cut off date.
Historically speaking those that think "I might join later" either a) never do or b) a super under prepared and feel high levels of stress leading into the day.
That is not the vibe, get yourself locked in and loaded before the cut off date
