There are a few different price points depending on your needs.
I have programming only or nutrition only coaching with weekly check-ins for $70* per week.
My most popular service is my complete premium package and is $90* per week depending on the coaching package / length you select. I have packages which vary from 12 weeks to 12 months.
This includes WhatsApp Message support during business hours as well as my Glow Up Education Platform

- Training Intensity / Effort (learning how to actually train close to failure)
- Progression (no this isn't just more weight each week)
