ANY FITNESS LEVEL IS WELCOME, YOUR PROGRAMMING WILL BE DESIGNED TO GET YOU UP TO SPEED AND IN THE BEST FITNESS TO COMPLETE THE COURSE. SO STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND LETS GET STARTED.

THE PREP IS 16 WEEKS, THOSE THAT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY FROM THE GET GO, GET THE BEST RESULTS & HAVE THE MOST FUN. THE TIME PASSES ANYWAY, THIS IS WHY WE WILL HAVE GROUP CHECK POINTS THROUGHOUT THE PREP & A PRIVATE GROUP FOR MESSAGES, SUPPORT & WINS ALONG THE WAY.

WHAT ELLYSE HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE LAST ONE

- That obstacle course was one of the hardest things I have done in my life and even tho I shed a couple of tears and wanted to quit a few times - it was the most rewarding feeling making it to the end - it will test your limits but thanks to the PWR crew for motivating me to keep pushing it, it helped me finish it - I have now discovered a love for obstacle courses and want to keep doing better and better and testing my endurance - I can’t wait for Spartan race to see what I can do and work with the PWR team once again - vibes are on 

What can I expect after joining?

A WHOLE LOT OF VIBE, CHALLENGE, COMMUNITY, MOTIVATION & OVERALL FITNESS IMPROVEMENT  WITH AN EVIDENCE BASED APPROACH.

 

If you're already part of my coaching we will discuss the goals for the event, the trade offs & how we will pursue the things we want concurrently.

 

If you're new, welcome we about to change the game for you! Personalised protocols to get you from directionless, confused, lacking results to absolute strong, lean, queen energy & throw in some endurance based stuff (which will only help your long term strength results - more on this later) to get you prepped and ready for the event.

Theres no one size fits all when it comes to PT WITH RHI - Last time round we had some crazy deadlift PB's, fat-loss, squat & growth phases running, we still pursue your goal & make the necessary adjustments to be primed for the challenge on the day

Throughout the prep there will be

- Movement Assessments to work out your strength and weaknesses

- Fitness Testing (both in person online)

 Pre Day Coffee Catch Up (via zoom)

Pack list, race day food guide

We will also look to organise a bus from wollongong for the group to travel up and back, for those looking for accomodation for the weekend we encourage you to stay in Wollongong (my home town) and come with us. Of course this isn't a necessity but the more the merrirer

AMAZING! I'm no seasoned professional when it comes to obstacle courses, your girl is booty gains & PB's focused too.

However this is why we have a custom designed nutrition and training protocol to get you from the level you are now, to the best version of you come September (the time absolutely flies trust me)
