MEMBERSHIP/COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS PT WITH RHI

PRODUCT DISCLOSURE STATEMENT FOR PERSONAL TRAINING/ONLINE COACHING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO PARTICIPANT MEMBERSHIPS

  1. MEMBERSHIP

a. Membership entails the utilisation of services provided, encompassing:

  • access to your Data tracker or app

  • check-ins (1 check-in per week); for in-person personal training sessions, check-in will be discussed during the session

  • Form feedback video reviews (online coaching only); in-person sessions will have form reviewed during the session

  • access to Live Workshops conducted by PWR in the private group

  • access to the community support group

  • Nutrition, Training, Habits/Lifestyle & Goal-setting support.

b. Membership is exclusive to the paying party, and services may not be utilised by another individual in lieu of the paying member.

c. Membership payments are rendered to access the services and facilities of personal training/online coaching and associated services (nutrition, programming, challenges). It is incumbent upon the member to attend the available sessions/utilise the service, and refunds are not provided for absenteeism or non-use. A minimum notice of 48 hours is required to cancel an in-person session. Refunds are not offered for coaching/training/membership services Refunds are not provided on tickets or ebooks and are considered final sale.

d. All fees are to be paid via direct debit. 72 hours notice is required to change/stop a direct debit. If you need to adjust the day your payments comes out you will need to email admin@rhiannan94.com. You may contact debit success directly by phone 1800 148 848 no later than the day prior to make changes. Nothing can be actioned the day of you will find your direct debit terms and conditions in your DDR contract.

e. Membership fees are paid one week in advance.

f. Memberships are contingent upon the number of sessions the member has committed to attending or the frequency of check-ins. If there is a desire to modify the level of membership, written notification with 14 days’ notice is required at admin@rhiannan94.com.

g. Debt Collection Fee - A fee of $25 plus 25% of the outstanding balance may be incurred upon cancellation of the product/service due to failure to pay the required amounts under the customer/membership contract, resulting in the referral of the account to Debt Collection. Upon debt recovery being triggered this will void any future event access / void any tickets and cease the obligation of PT WITH RHI to provide any coaching services.

SUSPENSION/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling of an in-person or booked video call session necessitates a minimum of 48 hours' notice; anything less will result in forfeiture of the session.

Sessions will be rescheduled at the discretion of the personal trainer within 28 days of the originally scheduled session. A rescheduled session is final and cannot be rescheduled again under any circumstance, resulting in forfeiture of the session.

Suspension or alteration of the membership agreement requires a minimum of two weeks' written notice via email: admin@rhiannan94.com.

The client is responsible for a minimum commitment based on the selected membership tier. Once the minimum term has been fulfilled (as discussed at the commencement of the contract), the membership continues on a rolling basis. One month's notice is required for termination of membership. Suspensions do not count towards the cancellation period.

Catch-up sessions will typically be arranged before and after holidays/certain events, however, if agreed upon by PT WITH RHI, Membership Suspensions are limited to a maximum of 28 days per calendar year and require a minimum two-week written notice via email.

The cancellation notice period will not be included in any suspension period.

It is the client's responsibility to utilise the services; cancellation or pause during the minimum commitment period will not be considered due to absenteeism.

All memberships must be paid up to the date of cancellation or pausing. No cancellations or pauses are permitted if the membership is not up to date.

ALL OF THE ABOVE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME

OBSTACLE COURSE RACES

By purchasing your ticket you are purchasing the ticket as a team which offers a group discount. By joining a ticket payment plan or upfront purchase you authorise PT WITH RHI to purchase your ticket from the appropriate company (eg. spartan race, tough mudder, true grit etc) on your behalf & you release PT WITH RHI from liability of any changes or decisions made by OCR company. You understand that once the ticket is purchased PT WITH RHI has no control over any decisions made by OCR company. You will be required to pay your racers insurance direct to the company once the team is registered. If the OCR company increases their prices for the tickets prior to group purchase you will be required to pay the difference. You understand that PT WITH RHI is not profiting off the sale of your ticket. After your ticket is purchased all race enquiries are to be directed to the contact of the OCR company.

FACE-TO-FACE SERVICES

Your appointments and well-being are of utmost importance to us. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum 48 hours' notice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reserved services.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may be unable to accommodate you. In such cases, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will endeavor to reschedule your service.

A payment is required to secure your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a genuine, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services at the discretion of PT WITH RHI and/or BRONZDBUNS, as applicable.
